Membership is open to registered health practitioners with APHRA or affiliated associations of NASRHP (National Alliance of Self Regulating Health Professions). Current APHRA or professional membership plus a valid email address are required.

As an North West Health Professionals Network (NWHPN) Member:

    You will receive information on a variety of Educational Activities which will be open to health practitioners.

    You will have available opportunities for networking with other health practitioners and groups of health practitioners to improve the provision of health services to the community.

    You will be part of a local body which can represent problems and requests to health organisations or government.

Gunnedah

Gunnedah is a town in north-eastern New South Wales, Australia and is the seat of the Gunnedah Shire local government area. In the 2016 census the town recorded a population of 9,726.[1] Gunnedah is situated within the Liverpool Plains, a fertile agricultural region, with 80% of the surrounding shire area devoted to farming. The Namoi River flows west then north-west through the town providing water beneficial to agricultural operations in the area.

Quirindi

Known as the ‘nest in the hills’, Qurindi has a prime position right in the heart of the picturesque Liverpool Plains. Be enchanted by the stunning landscapes, the Instagram-friendly fields of bright sunflowers, and the neighbouring northern NSW towns of Willow Tree, Wallabadah and Werris Creek.

Werris Creek

Werris Creek is a small town in New South Wales, Australia, near Tamworth, in Liverpool Plains Shire. It is north of Quirindi and is at the junction of the Main North railway line to Armidale and Moree. At the 2011 census, Werris Creek had a population of 1,437.

Moonbi/Kootingal

The village is renowned as a centre for the poultry industry with many large poultry farms and associated industries located around the area. Moonbi has erected a large fibreglass chicken in recognition of the poultry industry centered here.[2] The surrounding area has many small 'lifestyle' blocks that are often used to run horses.

Nundle

What Nundle lacks in size, it makes up for in personality. This small, historic mining village of 300 people is nestled between the Peel River and Great Dividing Range in the New England region of NSW. It has some of the state’s quirkiest festivals as well as fascinating colonial heritage and striking scenery.

Bendemeer

Bendemeer is a village of 485 people on the Macdonald River in the New England region of New South Wales, Australia. It is situated at the junction of the New England and Oxley Highways.

Walcha

Walcha is known for its natural beauty, surrounded by thousands of hectares of national parks and state forests threaded with wild rivers and tumbling waterfalls. The oldest settlement in the New England region, the small town also has a rich history, thriving arts community, vibrant events calendar and plenty of country charm.

Manilla

Manilla is a small town in New South Wales, Australia, located on Fossickers Way 45 kilometres northwest of the regional city of Tamworth and 27 kilometres northeast of the historic village Somerton. At the 2006 census, Manilla had a population of 2,550 people.

Barraba

Barraba abounds with natural beauty. As well as being tucked into a bend of the Manilla River, this little country town is surrounded by the Nandewar Ranges and the Horton Valley. Fittingly, it’s the perfect spot for outdoor adventure and also has a reputation as being a birdwatcher’s paradise.
